Terms of Service

1. Service Overview. Red Bot (redbot.team) provides a hosted business email inbox and automated AI reply drafting service.

2. Workspace Handles & Acceptable Use. When registering a workspace, you claim a handle (<yourcompany>@redbot.team). System handles (such as hello@redbot.team, support@redbot.team, and postmaster@redbot.team) are reserved. You may not use Red Bot to send unsolicited bulk spam, phishing messages, or unlawful content.

3. Plans, Packs & Credits. Free accounts may navigate the interface and test AI drafting on sample threads. Live inbound and outbound email requires an active paid subscription, an add-on pack (25 Pack / 50 Pack), or Credit balance.
