1. Data We Process. Red Bot processes your account email address, workspace configuration, AI Knowledge Base rules, and the emails sent to and from your @redbot.team address solely to provide your inbox and generate reply drafts.

2. Tenant Isolation. Every workspace's threads, messages, and knowledge base rules are isolated to your account and are never shared with other customers or used to train public models.

3. Data Deletion & Contact. You may delete threads or request complete workspace deletion at any time by contacting hello@redbot.team.
