Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription plan within 7 days of your initial purchase and have used fewer than 20 live outbound emails, email hello@redbot.team for a full refund.

2. Add-On Packs & Credits. Unused 25 Packs, 50 Packs, and Credit bundles do not expire and can be refunded within 7 days if no credits or pack units from that purchase have been consumed.
